Give yourself some time.
If at this point you want to model a car,but need a tutorial,it is likely that you need more practice.
I'm like that also,I'm always eager to make something and have it done fast but I learned(the painful way) that it's better to have alot of preparation than alot of tutorials.
Get many different references, look at the car's surface(s),where they merge etc...Also,have a go at drawing some of the harder parts on paper, this helps when modeling those said parts.
There are a few good tutorials on making car but I haven't seen any made in wings, sorry.

This is the link:

Welcome to the largest collection of blueprints on the Internet: currently there are more than 3800 brought together! Here you'll find hundreds of drawings / blueprints of a great variety of transportation and weaponry. Useful for modelers of all kind: clay, wood or as me: 3D modeling on the computer.

The only tutorial for a car there is on Onovaam's site uses splines AFAIK.
Try this one,it's bit more generic.
