View Full Version : How are your hotkeys set up?
TaGGeD 07-05-2005, 02:58 PM Well, I'm new to Wings 3d, but I don't like using the right click menu all the time... I would like to set up the hotkeys, but I can't find a good configuration. How are yours set up?

I think you need to You need to push the "Insert" key, then click the
command you want, and then you push the button you want command
to be hot keyed to. Or somthing like that, it's been along time since
i used Winds 3d. My hotkeys are from F1-F12

to rehash
t = tweak
m = mirror
, = break mirror
. = freeze mirror
d = connect (draw loop) (new one!! )
and the rest are default!

Where do I put that?
<your_windows_drive_letter>:\Documents and Settings\<your_user_name>\Application Data\Wings3D

I'm starting to get a little bit annoyed. I'm trying to re-assign the "f" key to move in the free mode, but it still changes to face selection mode. I'm having similar problems with some of the other keys. I don't seem to be able to delete some of the default binds.
Anyone know how to remedy this?
Thanks,
Greg

I wasn't able to find this Application Data directory at first, because it is hidden by default in Windows XP.
