Hi all!
My question is if is there a way that i can add manipulator to wings3D.Is there any plugin or something to do that?
Its difficult for me to model without manipulator!

No - no plugins and no plans to add one (afaik).

If you're just moving faces or vertices about, you could try tweak mode. But yeah, no manipulators. (The right-click menu is more than quick enough for most people.)
